We all know how difficult it can be to stay connected in these times of remote working and virtual communication with existing employees, but what about new hires?

As restrictions continue, it seems likely that more and more employers are going to have to recruit, onboard and train new workers remotely, so how do you make sure that your new hire is engaged, motivated and feels part of the team?
