As our recent survey showed, having an efficient and effective remote onboarding process is vital if you want to make your new employees feel welcome and part of the team and to get them trained up quickly, even if they’re doing it all from home.

Early in the first Lockdown Linkedin produced an interesting article that explained how they were continuing to employ new team members remotely. Well, remote working has continued, lockdown has restarted, so they have updated their article.

It has some good ideas on how you can continue to work with People First to fill the vacancies you have and get the new people you need into your company even though they will be doing everything from home.
