Job Title: Japanese speaking Sales Support

Your New Salary: £30k depending on experience.
5 days office based
Permanent, Full-time
Start: ASAP
Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm

Japanese speaking Sales Support - What You'll be Doing:

• Sales support interacting with Japanese and UK administration teams – to liaise and negotiate about orders, sales, deliveries, rescheduling of shipments & pricing.
• Support sales director for gathering data and put it into template format and send it to relevant dept in Japan. (e.g. Stock report, revenue report)
• Join conference meetings with sales managers, and support interaction with team in Japan.
• Arrange the schedule (booking hotels, updating visit schedule) of visitors from Japan.

Japanese speaking Sales Support - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in Sales support, or technical support
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)
• Previous experience using the Salesforce, Sage system (not essential)
