  • are fluent in Mandarin Chinese
  • have Food & Beverage management experience in Central Kitchens
  • are familiar with Implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)

What You'll be Doing:

  • Identify suitable locations for the central kitchen facilities based on delivery platform demand and geographic reach.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents and contractors for kitchen setup and design, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols to maintain food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to create a diverse and appealing menu that meets customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate menu items for profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Source and establish relationships with high-quality ingredient suppliers to maintain product consistency and quality.
  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Solid experience in foodservice management, preferably in a central kitchen or fast-food environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality control practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proven track record of project management, including site selection, setup, and launch.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and restaurant management software.
