• are fluent in Mandarin Chinese
• have Accounts experience in banking/finance/accountancy firm

What You'll be Doing:

• To operate core system on a daily basis, including accounting entry input and other operations as required;
• To assist completing regular reports to the Head Office and local regulatory authorities in an accurate and timely manner;
• To prepare daily management information report and monitor management and regulatory indicator and support the Department to collate information for audit and taxation related matters;
• To take ownership of expense, suspense account, cash management, complete and maintain financial statistics and collate information as required;
• To take ownership of reconciling Nostro account, Vostro account and security custodian account;
• To assist company fixed assets management and other projects as required by the Head of Department;
• To make sure transaction records and/or data are filed in an accurate and timely manner; and to complete other works required by line manager.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
• ACCA or ACA qualification (or part qualified) preferred
• Relevant experience in Finance and Accounting industry preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English
