Your New Job Title: Mandarin speaking Accountant

The Skills You'll Need: Mandarin fluent, ACCA, EXCEL, Quickbooks

To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:

• are fluent in both Mandarin and English
• have accounting experience with good Excel skill
• are familiar with QuickBooks

What You'll be Doing:

• Managing day to day finance function (invoicing, payments, cashflow etc);
• Posting journals for all entities;
• Preparing month-end reconciliations and schedules, monthly reviews on the P&L and financial statements for all entities;
• Production of annual financial statements and schedules for all entities in accordance with FRS102;
• To assist the Financial Controller in managing the audit process;
• To assist the Financial Controller in managing payroll process with the payroll provider;
• To assist the Financial Controller when needed;

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Part or qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
• Solid understanding of financial processes
• High level of competency in all Microsoft office packages, especially MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, formulas, etc)
• At least 3 years’ previous experience
• Experience using QuickBooks
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• The ability to take the initiative and enjoy new challenges
• A supportive team player and proactive contributor
• Fluent in Chinese is ideal
