What You'll be Doing:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate the Chairman's day-to-day affairs to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Organize and oversee meetings, travel arrangements, events, and schedules, optimizing the utilization of time and resources.
  • Handle both internal and external communications with finesse, upholding a professional image.
  • Safeguard and manage confidential information and sensitive documents, prioritizing organizational confidentiality.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the Chairman and the senior management team.
  • Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the Chairman.
  • Accompany the Chairman on global business trips and adeptly handle all travel-related matters.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Of Chinese descent.
  • Holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from a recognized British university, preferably in Economics or Business. Supplementary work experience is advantageous.
  • Has successfully completed A Levels in the UK; furnish examination details. Attainment of A or A+ grades specifically in Economics, Mathematics, and Physics is mandatory.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills, coupled with remarkable interpersonal acumen.
  • Previous exposure in a parallel capacity, coupled with familiarity in executive office protocols, is strongly favoured.
  • Displays proficiency in office software, encompassing the Microsoft Office suite and beyond.
  • Exhibits mastery in both written and spoken English.
  • Showcases innovative problem-solving aptitude, maintaining a composed demeanour under pressure.
  • Displays remarkable adaptability and flexibility, proving adept at thriving in a dynamic professional milieu.
  • Driving license
