• speak fluent level of Mandarin
• have product community management experience(e.g. Twitter, Discord, Telegram )
• have academic background in marketing

What You'll be Doing:

• Effectively engage and maintain the community using platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Foster a positive and interactive atmosphere within the community.
• Demonstrate proficiency in social platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram) and Google Office software (Google Docs).
• Act as a communication bridge between the internal team and the community.
• Possess excellent communication and comprehension skills.
• Ensure a positive and uplifting environment within the community.
• Responsible for building and maintaining good community relations.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proficient in social platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram).
• Skilled in using Google Office software.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
• Passionate about internet culture, online-social activities, and adept at communication and comprehension.
• Proactive learner with strong execution skills.
• Curious, responsible, empathetic, and ambitious.
• Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere within the community.
• Act as a liaison between the team and the community.
