Title: Japanese Speaking Accounts / Administration Clerk

Japanese Speaking Accounts / Administration Clerk - Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Expenses: Manage invoice processing, expense claims, and payment-related tasks.
- Treasury & Cash Flow: Support cash management, FX transactions, and related reporting.
- Receivables & Controls: Manage receivables, payment tracking, and sales/purchase records.
- Month-End Closing: Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
- General Administration: Provide general office and administrative support as required.
Japanese Speaking Accounts / Administration Clerk - Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Previous experience in general office administration is essential. Experience in accounting or finance would be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Confident in using computer systems and able to quickly adapt to new software and IT tools.
- Experience using accounting systems, such as Sage 200, would be beneficial.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, demonstrating reliability, commitment, and a willingness to support colleagues.
