Title:  Japanese Speaking Logistic Officer & Sales Admin

Salary: 25～33K per annum (depending on experience)

Location: South London

Job status: Permanent / Full-time office-based role

Working hours: 8:30 - 16:30 

Start date:  August 2026

Japanese Speaking Logistic Officer & Sales Admin - Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate logistics operations
• Issue invoices and related documents
• Communicate with freight forwarders, transport companies, warehouses, factories, and customers via email and telephone
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
• Assist with a wide range of tasks beyond core responsibilities as part of a small team

Japanese Speaking Logistic Officer & Sales Admin - Requirements:

• Experience working for a freight forwarding company is highly desirable
• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export administration
• Advanced Excel skills (including the ability to use IF functions)
• Native-level Japanese and advanced English proficiency
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
