Your New Job Title: Chinese Speaking Executive Assistant – Global Mobility Support

The Skills You'll Need: Chinese and English fluent, Proven experience in immigration support / global mobility, Executive Assistant, sponsor licence, or corporate compliance role

Your New Salary:  Up to £60k (depending on experience)

Office based.

Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to renew or convert to a permanent role based on performance)

Start: ASAP

Location: London

Chinese Speaking Executive Assistant – Global Mobility Support What You'll be Doing Each Day:

Immigration & Sponsorship Management

  • Prepare and coordinate Sponsor Licence application and supporting documentation.
  • Manage work visa sponsorship applications, renewals, and related immigration administrative matters.
  • Draft, review and maintain legal / business documents, contracts, policies, and internal compliance materials.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel, immigration advisers, and regulatory authorities where required.

Executive Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to senior management including scheduling, meeting coordination, and ad hoc executive support as required.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, and visa-related documentation.
  • Occasionally travel may be required.

Chinese Speaking Executive Assistant – Global Mobility SupportThe Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English language (writing and speaking).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in immigration support / global mobility, Executive Assistant, sponsor licence, or corporate compliance role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Sponsor Licence applications and ongoing compliance management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Proactive team player with ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
