Job Title: Project Manager - Process Transformation

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 - 17:30

PM Process Transformation - What You'll be Doing:

  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to understand current processes to ensure process redesigns align with system implementations, organizational objectives, and business strategy.
  • Define project approach, planning, deliverables, timelines, and dependency management to enable smooth execution of process and system transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee change management deliverables, including stakeholder impact assessments, communication and training plans, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to map transformation impacts and secure alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior leaders to manage sensitive change discussions, offering clarity, context, and actionable recommendations.
  • Create and maintain key process redesign project deliverables including but not limited to: project plan, stakeholder analysis, project reporting, process documentation, communication plans, testing planning, change impact analysis, training & adoption plan
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement or reinforcement.

PM Process Transformation - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience in project management, process improvement, and change management.
  • Project Management certifications (PMI, PMP, CPM, etc) and Lean Six Sigma certification nice to have (Green Belt or higher).
  • Proven ability to work on complex and high-visibility transformation initiatives within large or matrixed organizations.
  • Proficiency with process mapping, project management, and change management tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, Wrike, Prosci, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • Customer Service, repair processes, and SAP experience preferred
