Your New Salary: £180 p/day (£46,800K equivalent)

Location: Central London

Job status: temporary assignment until 05/06/2026, 100% office-based

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: 37.5h p/week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Who You'll Be Working for: World class luxury fashion brand.

Merchandiser - Menswear - Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the product category, managing the full life cycle from brief to exit.
  • Develop and present the range plan, defining pricing architecture, carry-over strategy, and competitive positioning.
  • Strategically manage raw material bookings, ensuring accurate system input, tracking, and clear executive recaps.
  • Lead product delist and markdown strategy; present clear recommendations to senior leadership for approval.
  • Analyse daily and weekly sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and partner closely with Planning to drive timely actions.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sourcing, Design, Product Development, and Planning, including ownership of key meetings.
  • Leverage regional feedback and market insights to inform data-driven product decisions.
  • Influence stakeholders confidently across functions and seniority levels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Assistant Merchandiser, ensuring continuous progression, skill development, and strong performance; act as a clear point of leadership and guidance.
  • Deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring strong execution and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of seasonal tools and PLM data.
  • Support market training initiatives and provide operational support to maintain team efficiency.

Merchandiser - Menswear - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Luxury fashion menswear merchandising experience - essential.
  • Strong menswear market awareness and product sensitivity.
  • Sharp commercial instinct and analytical mindset.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Proactive, accountable, action-driven.
