Job Title: Japanese speaking Office Coordinator

Salary: £28,000
Location: On Site, Dunfermline, Scotland
Working pattern: Full-time 37.5 hours/week

Japanese speaking Office Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:
- Supports reception and facilities activities, working closely with client supporting them to settle in the UK during their secondment, providing advice and guidance as needed.
- Provides general administrative support to the HR Team and coordinates internal communication activities across the organisation.
- Liaise with external bodies as appropriate to support e.g. Japanese Consulate of General, Edinburgh.
- Work with UK payroll and external advisors to ensure that secondees payroll is correct taking into account the complexities of an oversees payroll split between the UK and Japan.
- Cover reception in Head Office in the afternoons and as required, act as the first point of contact for visitors.
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives
- Coordinate internal engagement communications, newsletters, and announcements. Liaising with other functions such as Marketing & Sales to coordinate with external events and support recruitment activities
Japanese speaking Office Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Japanese language proficiency N1 or N2
- Clear, polite telephone manner
- Competent in the use of Office and Outlook
- Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
