Coordinator (Corporate Planning Dept) - What You'll be Doing:
- Coordinate and support strategic projects across divisions and departments
- Organize high-level meetings including Europe Investment Committee and monthly management meetings including Board of Directors’ Meeting
- Manage logistics: scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation
- Maintain and manage internal approval process, legal documents
- Record minutes and track follow-up actions
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
- Liaise with top management, internal stakeholders and Japan HQ to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and escalate issues when needed
- Support the Corporate Planning Department Manager and team in ad hoc strategic tasks
Coordinator (Corporate Planning Dept) - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in project coordination, corporate planning, or executive support
- Experience in preparing executive-level documents and presentations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Dutch/ French/ German speaker and Japanese proficiency is an asset
- Understanding of Japanese business culture
- Must have a right to work in Belgium
