Who You'll Be Working for:
A multinational global dairy producer is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their IT Team to provide exceptional IT support services to business users.

Second line IT support - Main responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd line IT support for business applications, systems, and networks, emphasizing analytical problem-solving to address issues effectively
- Ownership of the service desk and ticket management with detailed and systematic approach to ensure SLA’s are met or exceeded
- Analysis of recurring issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions to enhance service stability and prevent future occurrences
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Monitor IT infrastructure's dashboards, applying critical thinking to pre-empt and resolve issues before they impact operations
- Diagnose and address software and hardware malfunctions, employing a systematic approach
- Maintenance of both technical and end-user knowledge base
- IT asset management and procurement of IT peripherals
- Collaborate and assist in the roll out of IT projects, both locally and in collaboration with other teams
- Train end-users on new and existing IT solutions, tailoring instruction to maximize the effectiveness of available technology.
- Work with external organizations, suppliers and contractors when required
- Cooperation with other teams to deliver the IS/IT goals and objectives
Second line IT support - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- A proven track record of interest and expertise in IT/Technology, with a focus on detail-oriented problem-solving
- Strong troubleshooting skills paired with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite
- Basic understanding of networking in a business environment
- An understanding of mobile technology and its application in a business context
- Ability to deliver both pro-active and reactive support to end users, with a focus on detailed, customer-centric solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at different levels of seniority
- Occasional weekend work
Second line IT support - Desirable Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- KACE Systems Management Appliance experience
- KACE Cloud Mobile Device Manager
- Basic SharePoint Online administration
- BMC Helix ITSM Service Desk
- Delivering end-user training
