Job Title: Japanese speaking Web Application & Script Development

What You'll be Doing:

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to drive the optimization and efficiency of system operations. You will take the lead in automating and improving operational tasks through the development of web applications and small-scale scripts.

• Automating system operation maintenance, management, and incident response (design and development of SPA web applications and small-scale scripts, etc.)
• Taking responsibility for part of system operation tasks, identifying opportunities for automation, defining technical requirements, and implementing solutions
• Collaborating and communicating with other operations teams and stakeholders

Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Ability to define requirements in Japanese (both written and spoken Japanese)
• Hands-on development experience in at least one of the following: Python, Ruby, Go, or JavaScript (TypeScript)
• Experience with infrastructure such as servers, networks, and cloud platforms
• Practical experience in SPA web application development (especially with Vue.js)
• Experience developing scripts to automate routine operational tasks

Other

• Shift work and holiday duty required (with compensatory time off provided)
• Work will be carried out within a small, collaborative team. We are looking for someone who can work independently while maintaining strong teamwork.
