Role: Logistics Administrator

Job status: Three-month temp role may go longer
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week - Five days a week in the office (7:30-3:30, 8-4 or 8:30-4:30)
Who You'll Be Working for:
A well-known luxury brand.
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- To ensure the physical movement of stock both in and out of the Logistics Department, ensure that this is correctly documented, the computer records match the movement of stock.
- Organise transport of stock for Retail and Wholesale.
- Organise and export returns shipments and CS shipments abroad.
1: E-com return management:
- Manage E-com returns, quality check products, complete SAP flow correctly.
- Liaise with CS department concerning faulty or damaged products.
- Liaise with Maison regarding clearing of the stock received.
- Pick and pack for onwards shipping depending on Maison decision.
- Prepare export documentation and liaise with carriers to organise shipping
- Ensure SAP is updated daily and stock cleared on a weekly basis.
2: Inbound process:
- Ensure parcels received are opened within an authorised Inbound area
- Quality check, serial number and packaging/document checks to be performed
- Operation of shutter and physically taking in deliveries, whilst ensuring all procedures are followed
- Articles put away in their dedicated area or passed to colleagues in CS (repairs)
3: Pick up & delivery:
- To assist with pick up and delivery, a service where a shipping kit is sent to a client for them to return their repair to us. This involves booking DHL shipments online, picking and packing the correct kit dependent on the brand and ensuring shipments are processed accurately. This also involves communicating with the brands directly.
4: Outbound process
- If export, create export documentation and ensure all documents are accurately saved.
- Create shipments and book the appropriate carrier according to the Transport Directive.
- Ensure all shipment are processed within the requested time frame to avoid delays.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Logistics and stock management experience
- Able to perform physical work: moving boxes, opening and packing.
- Fast reactions and able to prioritize.
- Computer Literate, SAP and Excel.
- Approachable with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable
- Able to work under pressure
- Efficient and organised with good time management skills
- Customer focused
- ‘Can-do’ positive approach
- Numerate
