To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:

  • have KYC or client onboarding experience in finance or banking sector

What You'll be Doing:

  • Perform transactional support duties include but not limited to client onboarding and KYC, loan execution support (internal system input, liaison with middle/back offices), routine post-lending loan operations and loan portfolio management.
  • Participate in some core activities including marketing, business and financial analytics, and post lending analytics. The extent of such engagement will depend on the candidate’s technical capability development and experience accumulation.
  • Provide general administrative support duties to the team, including but not limited to business database maintenance, regular reporting, travel coordination, expense claims handling, NDA handling, preparing presentations, formatting documents, filing and other cross-team coordination.
  • The role will be generalist.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Business, Economics)
  • Working experience in finance sector preferably with analytic skills in KYC and basic financials/industry research skills.
  • Excellent communication - written, verbal and interpersonal in English and Mandarin (Essential)
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well with others with strong can-do attitude
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and produce high-quality of work
  • Self-motivated, reliable, dedicated and flexible
