Location: Central London, Hybrid 3 days in the office (usually Mon-Wed), 2 days at home

Who you'll be working for:

High street maternity fashion company.

What You'll be Doing:

• To lead multichannel merchandise planning, manage inventory, and drive strategic initiatives to maximize sales and margin performance across core and outlet categories.
• Managing a team of two.
• Multichannel inventory planning and management.
• Full Ownership of Outlet category. Strategy, Forecast & Inventory.
• Lead Monday trade, presenting to key stakeholders.
• Maintain Trading Calendar & optimise key trading dates.
• Foster strong relationships with Key Stakeholders outside of the day-to-day team.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Experience as a Senior Merchandiser within high street Fashion / Clothing.
• Managerial experience.
• Highly proficient in Excel, with experience in other Key Office programs.
• Highly attentive and has an eye for detail.
• Proactive as well as reactive.
• Approachable and friendly - working well in a team.
• Need to have worked in the UK, high street retailer in house.
• Experience managing an Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandise Admin Assistant.
