Job Title: Senior Merchandiser
Benefits:
- Annual leave entitlement - 25 days FTE paid holiday + any bank/public holidays.

- Early finish Friday - Early finish on Fridays at 3pm (or another agreed day).
- Core Hours - Core hours are from 10:00am - 4:30pm.

Status: FTC until end of Jan 2026
Location: Central London, Hybrid 3 days in the office (usually Mon-Wed), 2 days at home
Start: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Who you'll be working for:
High street maternity fashion company.
What You'll be Doing:
- To lead multichannel merchandise planning, manage inventory, and drive strategic initiatives to maximize sales and margin performance across core and outlet categories.
- Managing a team of two.
- Multichannel inventory planning and management.
- Full Ownership of Outlet category. Strategy, Forecast & Inventory.
- Lead Monday trade, presenting to key stakeholders.
- Maintain Trading Calendar & optimise key trading dates.
- Foster strong relationships with Key Stakeholders outside of the day-to-day team.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Experience as a Senior Merchandiser within high street Fashion / Clothing.
- Managerial experience.
- Highly proficient in Excel, with experience in other Key Office programs.
- Highly attentive and has an eye for detail.
- Proactive as well as reactive.
- Approachable and friendly - working well in a team.
- Need to have worked in the UK, high street retailer in house.
- Experience managing an Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandise Admin Assistant.
