Manager (Investment, Asset Management) - What You'll be Doing:

• Investment in the water, environment and renewable industries. Identify and research potential investment targets and sectors, expanding from Waste and Water to general infrastructure
• Monitor and assess performance of existing investment portfolio and ensuring maximisation of shareholder return
• Work as part of the team in the origination, development, structuring, negotiating and bidding for large scale PPP, water and waste infrastructure projects and/or M&A transactions
• Undertake financial modelling and due diligence processes within team and manage advisors
• Create and / or work with complex financial models which support the analysis of greenfield/ brownfield energy, water or infrastructure assets
• Prepare internal approval papers

Manager (Investment, Asset Management) - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Prior experience gained in either industrial infrastructure player or financial institution with infrastructure investment background, ideally with a power, water, waste or PPP background
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
• Financial modelling skills
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Excellent in English with excellent oral and written skill
