An international IT company is looking for a Japanese speaking IT Infrastructure Engineer.

Japanese speaking IT Infrastructure Engineer (AWS, Linux) - Responsibilities:

• Operation, maintenance and troubleshoot Linux/Windows server, NW switch and Firewall.
• Operation, maintenance and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure and its security.
• User administrative work (account management, group management, etc.).
• Witnessing installation servers, NW devices by HW vendor at a datacentre in London
• Supporting users, troubleshooting issues and contacting to hardware/software vendor.
• Document operational procedures, manual creation, user announcement and internal applications.
• Project works along with providing implementation and testing, and creating the related resources such as script, document, parameter sheet and formulation of test plan.
• Any ad-hoc duties

 Japanese speaking IT Infrastructure Engineer (AWS, Linux) - Requirements:

• Japanese mother tongue level and English business level
• Experience of user support at IT helpdesk.
• Experience of Linux (RedHat)/Windows server management/operation.
• Experience of AWS (EC2, RDS databases, VCPs, S3 buckets and more)
• Understanding of general networking technologies and protocols.
• Manage and maintain AWS resources, including EC2 instances, RDS databases, VPCs, S3 buckets, and more.
