Mandarin speaking Associate - Banking - What You'll be Doing:

  • Undertake daily transaction monitoring activity, to ensure monitoring alerts reviewed by the department are managed effectively.
  • Understand potential money laundering trends and red flags that may determine whether further investigations are required.
  • Complete KYC and AML files for new and existing clients within the time frame, and is responsible for the quality of KYC conducted.
  • Customer Due Diligence including customer KYC/KYB reviews
  • Ongoing customer accounts reviews
  • Deceased Accounts handling and management, Complaints Management, Liaise with customers related to “SoF” and “SoW” as part of the ongoing CDD reviews
  • Co-ordinate responses to enquires/instructions/notices from Legal & Company Secretariat Department (L&CS), Financial & Compliance Department (FC&C), Risk Management Department and Internal Audit Department
  • Assisting with the preparation of business, statistical, anti-money laundering, Internal Audit Requirement/Compliance Requirements reports

Mandarin speaking Associate - Banking - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Degree educated (preferably in finance)
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Can do attitude
  • Team Player
  • A self confident communicator
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
