Marketing Manager - What You'll be Doing Each Day:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Plan, develop, deliver and evaluate marketing and communications strategies that will grow our brands in target markets and deliver high quality leads cost effectively
  • Deliver high-quality marketing assets and effective advertising for all of brands and projects
  • Plan, develop and deliver highly effective marketing campaigns for new product launches
  • Generate of creative ideas and solutions across a wide range of media

Project and Stakeholder Management

  • Project manages activities across teams and agency network to ensure delivery is on time and on budget for new product launches
  • Work closely with partner agencies to plan and deliver cost effective marketing campaigns for projects
  • Ensure all our sales teams are informed and engaged with current and forthcoming marketing and product launch activities.

Digital

  • Responsible for the performance review of all our websites and ensure content are up to date across all digital platforms
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate digital campaigns and provide regular reports on performances for all digital channels
  • Generate cost effective leads through digital campaigns
  • Lead the team to implement social media strategies and content plans for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Weibo and WeChat and more.

Brand Management

  • Become brand guardian for all related brands
  • Ensure consistent brand identity is implemented across all platforms
  • Develop templates and best practice with the team

Marketing Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Degree or above holder in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • At least three years’ experience in real estate research, marketing and business development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands
  • Can accept short-term business trips
