Your New Job Title: Mandarin speaking Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking), London

The Skills You'll Need: Fluent Mandarin and English; client relationship and/or credit experience in corporate banking in the UK

  • speak and write excellent level of Mandarin and English
  • have Customer Facing / Client Relations / Credit experience in Corporate Banking sector
  • have above experience in the UK

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Conduct marketing and sales activities for the bank in target markets.
  • Perform customer due diligence including KYC/onboarding and ongoing risks monitoring and reviewing.
  • Initiate credit approval / analysis application process and perform post-lending management for customers.
  • Operate in the bank's systems and keep customers’ data accurate and updated.
  • Assist team head to establish and maintain business relationships with target customers.
  • Assist team head in market research and new product sponsoring.
  • Assist team head with other ad-hoc tasks such as drafting policy and procedure and meeting minutes.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Working experience in customer facing function of corporate banking sector.
  • Good knowledge of wholesale banking products.
  • Knowledge and experience in syndication loan primary and secondary markets.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to varied audiences.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to handle new responsibilities in a diversified environment.
