What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Responsible for delivering the administrative function and support within Card Centre of the Personal Banking Department.
  • Assisting the Head of Personal Banking Department/VP of Card Centre to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Responsible for daily settlement process and credit control.
  • Account maintenances and card productions.
  • Preparing regular reports/documentations for management
  • Coordinating and responding to customers’ enquiries and requests to ensure timely and accurate response/problem resolutions, investigations related to payment, processed transactions, dispute inquiry, missing statements, reversals, refunds and etc.
  • Coordinating with Head Office Responsible for delivering the administrative function and support within Card Centre of the Personal Banking Department., IT Centre/other partners/internal departments for developing maintain, upgrade system and solving problems of system failure, communication failure and issues with lines etc.
  • Assist with planning and implementing promotion activities/marketing events.
  • Liaising with Head Office and other relevant parties to ensure smooth business operation.
  • Liaising with clients for marketing events
  • Conducting market research & analysis regularly to monitor market trend
  • Acting as cover for other team members
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by Head of Personal Banking Department/VP of Card Centre.

  • Experience in customer services. Experience in Financial Services is an advantage.

Working hours: 9-5.
