What You'll be Doing Each Day:

You will be responsible for HMO tenancy management, maintenance management, property inspection and safety certificate management etc.

  • Ideally have connections with social housing and supported living providers
  • Check in and out of tenants and process paperwork
  • Phone call for Council placement requirements and additional tenant requirements
  • Oversee any snagging issues at the beginning of the tenancy, repair and maintenance instruction is essential to the role.
  • General handyman capabilities are ideal but essential
  • Inventory arrangement
  • Licence Agreement Management
  • Council Meetings (Standards and Checks) attendance
  • Dealing with Utility suppliers, Council tax and councils, arranging access, handling of service charge, ground rents and insurance demands etc.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Several years of experience in residential property management. Experience in HMO/social housing is essential.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and effective negotiation skills
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese is ideal but not essential
  • Working on your own initiative
  • Sufficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Full driving license

Job status: This is a contract job for the first 12 months, and the company has the capacity for a perm position.

Start date: ASAP
