Your New Job Title: Assistant Merchandising manager or Merchandising Manager, London

Salary: Up to £45k (Depending on the experience)

Location: Prefer based in any European countries but will consider UK based too. Remote working or WFH is considered

Status: Permanent

Who you'll be working for:

Our client is a global textile and apparel manufacturer

To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates: 

  • have solid merchandising experience
  • are fluent in English and at least one other European language
  • have Sales & Marketing experience in Accessories, Trims and Packaging
  • are willing to travel across the Europe

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Customers' relationship management
  • Develop selling and product strategy, business plan for respective customers
  • Build and update Brands'/ customers' profile
  • Prepare customer presentation
  • Coordinate with merchandizing team on new product development
  • Monitor sample development process
  • Develop and enhance customers' portfolio to maximize the business opportunities
  • Prepare annual sales forecast and expense budget of related customers
  • Cross function contact with sales and manufacturing operations
  • Provide quarterly retail market report
  • Provide latest market trend on apparel and trims accessories on timely basis

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Solid Sales & Marketing experience in Accessories, Trims and Packaging
  • Multi-lingual, Fluent in English and at least one other European language
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build relationship and partnership with people at different level of organization
  • Capable to develop and implement Sales strategy and Business plan for EU market to align with EAP's growth plan and business goals
  • Strong connection and networking with EU brands to bring in new customers and business
  • Capable to prepare Market research and EU market study on a regular basis to provide brands and market updates to EAP teams
