Who You'll Be Working for: Leading IT accessories business.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

As part of the EMEA Operations Planning team, as a Demand Planner for EMEA you will support the S&OP process through
collaboration with cross functional teams including Sales and Marketing. You will utilise statistical data to deliver accurate forecasts
at Category and Region level and support in preparing and presenting the S&OP forecast for management sign off. As the functional
demand expert, you will drive and implement best practice Demand Planning through the business.

Demand Planning

  • Maintain regional statistical forecasts according to company KPI’s and task schedule
  • Review and action exception reports eg stock constraints, forecast errors
  • Work cross-functionally when clarity is required on a forecast
  • Work cross-functionally to validate the demand pipeline from deals entered into Salesforce
  • Support the Supply Chain Planning Analyst in updating key tools/reports

S&OP

  • Prepare reports for agreed deadline
  • Lead the analysis of forecast changes and upload them
  • Lead the monthly forecast review meeting
  • Support in updating wider S&OP presentation decks

System Key User

  • Key/Super user for the system and drive support through USA when required
  • Key user for relevant ERP input
  • Key user on bespoke company planning reports

Leadership

  • Lead the demand planning process ensuring reports are accurate and available to required timings
  • Be the business point of contact for demand planning queries
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement to company tools and processes
  • Provide support to and holiday cover for the Demand and S&OP Manager
  • Provide process support and training as required for Planning team members

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous Demand Planning experience
  • Understanding and proficiency in Demand Planning best practice
  • Experience of planning accurately to long lead-times
  • S&OP process experience
  • Experience in improving process to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience within a fast-moving consumer product business
  • Self-starter who can isolate, analyse and resolve problems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Ability to engage with others to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Excellent IT/Systems skills, Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to produce concise report/ recommendations
