Your New Job Title: Mandarin OR Cantonese speaking Sales Support Administrator, London

Salary: £23-25k depending on experience + benefits

Reports To: Sales Support & Operation Manager

Job status: Permanent

Location: East London

Responsible for: Overall office admin, HR general matters and provide support particularly to the sales and marketing team

  • speak and write excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin OR Cantonese)
  • have some Admin or Office Support experience

Your Key Responsibilities:

1, General admin support and Ad-hoc job duties
· Handle internal & external enquiries related to orders, products, deliveries, and etc.
· General admin roles – such as managing company cars, company mobile phone bills, telephone bills, monitoring stock level of stationeries & office supply
· Company insurance renewal, including business travel insurance, company car insurance, building/ office insurance, public liability, cooking demo liability, and etc.
· Assist Sales Support & Operations Manager to manage office Health and Safety. This will include conducting risk assessments, following up on actions, ensuring the office environment is risk free, booking and logging any required maintenance
· Maintain and manage office equipment
· Office procurements and manage office suppliers
· Staff logistic arrangements for business trips
· Plants visiting arrangement (internal and external)
· Cover office switchboard, dealing with telephone enquiries
· Mails sorting and document filing
· Be the office fire warden & first aider (training will be provided) and attend regular tenant meetings on behalf of the company
· Assist in planning and arranging internal events
· Ad-hoc job duties

2, Liaise with import-export function, suppliers and customers
· Declaration letters
· Requisitions Forms
· Miscellanous Documents related to shipments

3, General Sales and Marketing support
· Event helper if necessary
· Sample packing and sending to HQ & customers

The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:

· Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin OR Cantonese)
· Be educated to university degree level or equivalent
· Have relevant working experience
· Ability to work cross-culturally
· Computer literacy
· Attention to details and ability to multi-tasking
· A can-do attitude, team player, proactive and result driven
· Excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
· Thrives in a varied, busy role and an excellent multi tasker
