Your New Job Title: Head of Loan Documentation & Security Department

Your New Salary: Up to £90k (depending on experience) + banking benefits

Job status: Permanent

Summary:

Responsible for performing duties related to loan documentation, loan securities and loan administration to ensure that all loan documentation in relation to lending are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

·To handle lending documentation covering contract and post-contract requirements.
·To develop and implement lending documentation, security management and banking system administration procedures, methods and work systems.
·To develop and supervise staff handling loan and security documentation and banking system administration.
·Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
·Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

·Proficient in spoken and written English.
·Solid experience in working in banking, ideally retail bank.
·Solid experience in managing a team.
·Solid legal field or UK based banking experience in drafting lending documentation.
·Good understanding of the rules and regulations on lending laid down by the banking authorities.
