What You'll be Doing Each Day:

As a valued member of the Supply Chain Team you will be responsible for ensuring that all shipments are despatched on time and delivered to customers in the most cost effective, time dependent manner, processing and tracking purchase orders with suppliers, and assisting with other department administrative tasks as needed.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analytical focus on running a planning tool to determine required stock amounts
  • Stock management to include supply forecasting; out of stock (OOS); overstock review and resolution; location requirements for UK and US stock
  • PO creation and vendor management
  • Update of order tracker (Excel based)
  • Process automation & system efficiency champion
  • Managing day to day warehouse queries
  • Inbound delivery - cost and OTIF
  • Warehouse goods in and goods out bookings, queries and efficiency
  • Supply case resolution support
  • Identify orders that are ready to be shipped
  • Communicate allocated orders to the UK & USA Warehouses
  • Request and record quotes and confirm bookings with Freight Forwarders
  • Generate/raise/administer all paperwork for international deliveries (COO, EUR1, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices) in line with existing and any new regulations
  • Manage the transfer of stock to the US warehouse
  • Coordinate client collections (EXW orders)
  • Check all freight invoices versus agreed (couriers, freight forwarders)
  • Maintaining a clean and organized stock room at all times
  • Optimisation of the process with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Annual Stock Count participant
  • KPI measurement and reporting

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Be analytical with strong Excel skills (V-lookups / Pivot Tables)
  • Logistics/Supply Chain experience
  • Have experience working with, managing, and getting the best out of vendors
  • Have impeccable attention to detail
  • Be highly organised
  • Confident working under pressure to tight timelines
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be an independent self-starter and intelligent problem solver
  • Be a team player
