What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Manage our customer’s queries via various channels including inbound, live support and email
  • Answering customer questions and maintaining an appropriate tone within the chat room for all players to enjoy
  • promote the company’s services to both existing and new customers
  • keep the chat room a fun and engaging area
  • Giving accurate, concise information in a professional and personable manner

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent Japanese speaker.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and approach.
  • Have a professional and personable demeanor.

Bonus points for…

  • Previous Contact Centre experience
  • Knowledge of Bingo, Casino or Slot based games.Job status: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday between 8am to 5pm
