Your New Mandarin Job Title: Mandarin speaking IT Support Analyst-London
The Skills You'll Need: Fluent Mandarin and English, a good IT Background

Who You'll Be Working for:
An international bank.
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
Assist the head of IT in the administration and maintenance of the Bank’s IT systems
Assist the IT Manager in the management and co-ordination of IT resources
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the network, telephony, server, storage,
desktop operating systems and desktop applications.
Responsible for on call service for incident management.
Responsible for IT service management including on-site support for users.
Responsible for New Joiner and leaver IT processes according the procedure.
Ensure that Information Security Standards are maintained across all IT assets.
Co-ordinate day-to-day IT checks and operational procedures according to
defined standards processes and procedures.
Ensure close collaboration with global groups as and when appropriate
Participate in Infrastructure rollout project work when required.
Maintain relevant IT support process or procedure.，
Produce IT support management report regularly.
Other ad hoc as requested and any other duties that are assigned
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
Previous IT support experience include desktop, phones, windows 10, GPO are
Experience about general IT infrastructure such as system monitoring, network,
database management, business requirements analysis, storage management, data
backup, information security are preferred.
Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Educated to degree level preferred
Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English speaker.
Experience at Finance industry is preferred
Job status: Permanent
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 9-5.
