Your New Job Title: Business Development Account Representative

The Skills You'll Need: Bachelor’s degree or above, excellent business development skills and experience

Your New Salary: £54,200.00 annual base salary, with opportunity to earn annual target incentives of £6,000 - £8,750 dependent on individual performance and company performance.

Location: Central London

 

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

 

  • Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients

  • Conduct Client trainings

  • Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects

  • Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections

  • Participate in new business and management team meetings

  • Liaise with Headquarters and other CS divisions within the company

  • Provide ideas on process improvements on the team/company

  • Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives

  • Other tasks and projects as directed by management team

 

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience

  • Master the contractor/supplier functionality

  • Master Client functionality

  • Experience dealing with multi-national companies

  • Understanding of company policies and procedures

  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications

  • Proficient presentation skills

  • Excellent customer service orientation

  • Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Up to 50% travel for work

 

Job status: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week with one-hour lunch break
