Your New Job Title: Italian speaking Administrator (Luxury Properties)

The Skills You'll Need: Excellent communication skills in Italian and English both verbally and in writing. Team support or admin related experience. Experience within Travel industry is desirable.

Location: Central London

Who You'll Be Working for:

Our client is a multi-award winning luxury travel company based in cool offices, in a super friendly international team.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

Reporting to the Properties Contract Manager, you will also work closely with the Destinations Manager in order to contract new and existing properties. You will help to grow and develop our portfolio of unique properties and forge successful relationships with our owners.

  • Assisting with contracting new and existing properties to the required brief and standards and securing optimal commercial terms and conditions.

  • Supporting the Properties Contract Manager and Destinations Manager with managing and maintaining successful relationships with villa owners.

  • Assisting with the preparation and analysis of data and reports.

  • Keeping contract and product information up to date on relevant databases, forms, contracts and reports.

  • Liaising with the Marketing team on special offers and marketing campaigns.

  • Assisting with queries regarding pricing, availability and property listings.

  • Providing feedback on relationships with our villa owners and proactively contributing to the team’s performance.

  • Promoting the company and being a positive company ambassador.

  • International travel may be required to develop product and liaise with owners.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • You need to be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with the ability to understand how to adapt your communication style based on your audience.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to be flexible and a good team player as well as work independently.

  • Contracting experience within the travel industry (and ideally villas) is desirable.
