Your New Job Title:
Mandarin Chinese Speaking Office Management Assistant

The Skills You'll Need: Fluent Mandarin and English, good translating and interpreting skills.

Your New Salary: up to £25k

Location: Central London

Who You'll Be Working for: an international bank


What You'll be Doing Each Day:


  • Assist with drafting the periodically and ad hoc work report & work plan and gathering the information from all functions and doing the market research;
  • Assist with important diaries and the activity arrangements;
  • Assist the daily work and communication with other departments
  • Assist with management and promotion;
  • Assist with crucial service or goods provider selection;
  • Assist with fixed asset management;
  • Assist in liaising with suppliers;
  • Translation of documents into or from Chinese;
  • Assist with organizing the team building activities and corporate cultural development;
  • In addition to these duties, the employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within one’s capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the bank's business.


The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Education to degree level
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • Office administration experience in a banking or finance environment is a bonus
  • Good translation and interpretation skills
  • Organised and good attention to details


Job status: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: 9 to 5
