Location: Central London

Job status:  1 year maternity cover (through agency)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5

 

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

 

This job is to be performed by a Sales Assistant who is responsible for providing administrative support to sales people in the aspects of client development and services. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

 

  • Maintaining client databases and research lists
  • Annual client account and tiering reviews
  • Client relationship management
  • Arranging and coordinating internal and external meeting
  • Roadshow and field trip arrangements
  • Logistic support on roadshows and to the sales and trading team
  • Other administrative responsibilities as require

 

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

 

Skills and Abilities

  • English must be to native level
  • Good communication and problem-solving skill
  • Working experience in administrative position. 
  • Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude
  • Good command in PC skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Team player
  • Attention to details
