Who You'll Be Working for: Business Process Outsourcing company
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
* Supporting all aspects of Insurance operation including:
* Maintain Post Logs for incoming Post
* Maintain Master Logs for claims/invoices
* Preparing and sending documents and scanning
* Maintain Hospital information update
* Preparation for corporate clients data
* Perform Claim adjustments
* Conduct a necessary investigation to determine the proper handling of the claim
* Liaising with overseas branches and handling enquiries from clients, claimants and medical facilities 
* Understand and make appropriate interpretation of insurance policies/Healthcare Program
* Maintain organized files and process claims within a reasonable timeframe
* Perform all other duties that may arise and as delegated by line SV
 
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Fluency with professional Japanese and English in speaking, reading and writing
* Previous experience within Japanese insurance claim handling environment would be favourable
* Utilize PC, software applications, and other office equipment in effective manner
* Flexible approach and passionate about work
* Positive towards a new challenge
* Able to self-plan
* Able to communicate both verbally and in writing intelligently and clearly
* Accurate and efficient
* Cooperative and helpful attitude towards colleagues

Job status:              1 year contract (renewal)
Start date:              ASAP
Working hours:        37.5 hr/wk, (9:00- 17:30)
