·The aim of HR manager is to manage all the issues related to human resources such as payroll, remuneration, training etc.
·It involves the responsibility of hiring and recruiting interns.
·It also includes the responsibilities of maintaining office operation.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

Duties concerning HR:
·Monthly Payroll for P.A.Y.E staff
·Preparing Payroll year end
·Running and maintaining staff pension matching with updated pension regulation
·Dealing with starters and leavers
·Recording company HR files, staff Holidays etc.
·Updating company HR documents and policies when necessary
·Dealing with staff childcare voucher
·In charge of staff benefit, including staff accommodation maintenance, private medical insurance management etc.
·Dealing with certain staff’s the working visa application and related record
·Managing employee relations
·Prepare ISO Audit (HR aspect)
·Company recruitment coordination, communication with HQ for related issues.

Duties concerning Administration:
·General office administration duties
·Organizing staff Christmas party
·Dealing with office supplies/maintenance
·Assistant staff/ clients for the arrangements with visa/ hotel/ international flight booking for business travels.
·Dealing with and managing company document archive
·Cover Receptionist duties when necessary, including answering phone calls and forwarding to the relevant person/department, taking and passing on messages, dealing with incoming /outgoing emails /faxes / post, meeting and greeting visitors and offering beverages and booking and preparing meetings

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

·Strong previous HR & Admin, payroll experience
·Familiar with UK Immigration rules, Employment rules, HMRC rules, Salary Sacrifice Scheme, Pension Regulation etc
·Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is ideal but not essential
·Degree in HR / Qualification in CIPD would be an advantage
