Mandarin speaking Amazon Advertising Manager-Reading - What You'll be Doing:

Amazon Advertising Strategy & Management

• Own end-to-end Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP where applicable.
• Build and optimise scalable campaign structures across multiple products and categories.
• Develop keyword, ASIN, placement, and audience strategies aligned with business objectives.

Growth & Performance Optimisation

• Drive advertising strategies to improve market share, organic ranking, and long-term growth, beyond short-term ACOS control.
• Optimise campaigns based on key metrics including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, impression share, and search term performance.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise profitable traffic and business impact.

Product Launch & Marketplace Growth

• Develop advertising strategies for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and major promotions (e.g. Prime Day, Black Friday).
• Support keyword ranking growth, traffic generation, and product visibility improvement.

Data Analysis & Collaboration

• Analyse Amazon Ads and marketplace data to identify opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Develop performance reports and insights for business reviews.
• Work closely with E-commerce, Content, Product, and Supply Chain teams to align advertising with product availability, listings, pricing, and promotional plans.
• Support continuous improvement of advertising processes, reporting, and automation.

Mandarin speaking Amazon Advertising Manager-Reading - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns, with proven experience driving growth, improving performance, and optimizing advertising spend.
• Experience managing high-volume Amazon Ads accounts, preferably across UK/EU marketplaces, with a strong understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, campaign optimization, ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve campaign performance.
• Good understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, including SEO, product content optimization, pricing, promotions, and inventory impact on advertising performance.
• Experience with Amazon DSP, Google Ads, AI tools, automation tools, or advertising analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Mandarin language skills would be an advantage for communication with China-based teams and partners.
