Your New Salary: c£60k (Negotiable depending on experience)

Office based.

Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to renew or convert to a permanent role based on performance)

Start: ASAP

Location: London

To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:

  • are fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • have solid UK office management experience
  • have experience with the UK Sponsor License application(s)
  • are Familiar with the UK employment Law

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations
  • Liaise with external advisors, including legal and immigration consultants where necessary
  • Coordinate international travel itineraries, and associated bookings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English language (writing and speaking)
  • Solid Office Manager or similar hands-on administrative role
  • Experience with UK Sponsor License application(s) is required.
  • Familiarity with UK legal and regulatory frameworks/UK employment law.
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
