Title: Japanese Speaking Systems Operations & Support Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 (depends on experience)

Location: London (WFH available)

Job status: Permanent

Working hours: Full time / Part time (negotiable)

Start date: ASAP

Japanese Speaking Systems Operations & Support Engineer - Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line operational support for SAP or ERP systems
• Handle first-level user inquiries (incidents, errors, and how-to questions)
• Perform initial issue triage, log analysis, and escalate to internal or external teams as needed
• Communicate with users in both Japanese and English as part of bilingual support
• Create and maintain documentation related to system operations and maintenance
• Collaborate with partner companies and vendors when required

Japanese Speaking Systems Operations & Support Engineer - Requirements:

• Experience in operating and maintaining SAP (any module) or ERP systems
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
