Location: Newcastle
Duration: Long-term temporary assignment until 31/10/2026
Job status: Hybrid, 2 days a week in office
Working hours: 37.5 h p/w, Mon-Fri (8am-4pm / 8.30am-4.30pm/ 9am - 5pm)

Who You'll Be Working for: An international leader in household products.
Main responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of the customer service team, coordinating assignments, and maintaining high service quality.
- Use SAP to manage customer data, track orders, update service requests, and order processing.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded properly within the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous Customer Service Operations experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office – particularly Excel.
- Order processing experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Acute attention to detail is essential.
- Pro-active and able to juggle workload, flexible and agilee using multiple systems including SAP, plus internal and external data portals.
- Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
