Job status: Hybrid, 2 days a week in office

Working hours: 37.5 h p/w, Mon-Fri (8am-4pm / 8.30am-4.30pm/ 9am - 5pm)

Who You'll Be Working for: An international leader in household products.

Main responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations of the customer service team, coordinating assignments, and maintaining high service quality.
• Use SAP to manage customer data, track orders, update service requests, and order processing.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded properly within the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Previous Customer Service Operations experience.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office – particularly Excel. 
• Order processing experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Acute attention to detail is essential.
• Pro-active and able to juggle workload, flexible and agilee using multiple systems including SAP, plus internal and external data portals.
• Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously. 
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
