Location: Central London
Job status: Permanent, 100% office-based
Working hours: 35h per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1h lunch break unpaid)

An international IT/Telecom company is looking for a ICT Sales Account Manager who has global sales experience in ICT industry.

 

ICT Sales Account Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Commit to meeting the targets and MP revenues and profits designated by the Division and Company
  • Understanding of strengths & limitations of the company and establish strategy around this to increase revenue
  • Create achievable Sales funnel(s) and commit to its implementation. Maintain & update as needed or requested by LM
  • Provide leadership and strategy to enable the acquisition of new customers and logos; Winning new Customers will be a priority and a major commitment
  • Establish and develop your own customer targets and strategic outreach to potential customers
  • Fully understand and use the company's strength to enable creating a winning sales strategy
  • Visit potential customers designated by the LM & Division, to sell the company’s product and services
  • Provide customer service & support in order to maintain the existing customer base
  • Good communication with other departments, to facilitate the support of sales promotions; e.g., SI, Security, BM and ICTOPS
  • As Sales Account Manager, share your experience and knowledge to facilitate the smooth running of the division and help other team members, especially junior and sales support, to develop their own sales skills and accounts
  • Carry out BAU and track/undertake all aspects of back office work such as IR, COUPA, SF, renewals etc.
  • Co-working and supporting both the Sales colleagues at all levels as well as from other divisions
  • Provide reports to LM on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and also whenever requested by LM
  • Additional periodical report to your line manager on strategy (frequency and format of such report will be agreed with LM.)
  • Ad hock requests from your line manager

 

ICT Sales Account Manager - Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in ICT sales
  • Proven (with quantified examples) of successful engagement of customers.
  • Results oriented “Hunter” type AM, with strong ethic in achieving results.
  • Proven ability to hunt new accounts and customers.
  • Strong ability to create own sales funnels.
  • Background in achieving results at a company that, previously, had very little media exposure (possibly may have a background in start ups)
  • Japanese language skills is a plus
