Title: IT Consultant (Japanese speaker)

Skills you need: English & Japanese, user support, project management
Working hours: 35 hours per week

This is a hybrid working format, with two days at home and three days in the office.

Start date: ASAP

Japanese speaking IT Consultant - What you will be doing:

• Identify customer IT issues and potential IT problems.
• Develops and proposes strategies to resolve issues.
• Creating execution plans for the projects.
• In some cases, Managing the progress of projects from start to finish.
• Providing aftercare to clients after the completion of projects.
• Maintains an awareness of relevant industry and technological trends and updates the information provided to customers.
• Provide support services for system maintenance collaborating with other team members 
• Travel to customer sites

Japanese speaking IT Consultant - Requirements:

• Proficient in English & Japanese language skills (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
• Strong knowledge and experience in IT consultingfor small and medium-sized enterprises
• Variety IT skills such as ERP package solution, MS collaboration, Server Network, Infra Structure
• Analytical skills
• Customer support / user support experiences
• Project Planning/Management 
• Preferred experience with Japanese companies
