Title:  IT Infrastructure Engineer (JAPANESE speaking)

This is a hybrid working format, with two days at home and three days in the office
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Skills you need: English & Japanese, 2nd line technical support experience
Start date:  ASAP

Japanese speaking IT Infrastructure Engineer - what you will be doing:

• IT Infrastructure related project
• Communicate and coordinate with the person in charge of the project in HQ (in Japanese)
• Communicate and coordinate with the user in each office (in English)
• Provide support to end users during system deployment/migration(User manual, user training)　
• Global User Support
• Act as 2^nd/3^rd line support for IT infrastructure related enquiries and incidents.  
• Escalate the incidents to the appropriate vendors.
• Incident management with the ticketing system.

 Japanese speaking IT Infrastructure Engineer - Requirements:

• Proficient in English & Japanese language skills (Reading/Writing/Speaking).
• Previous 2nd line technical support experience in a corporate environment.
• Basic network knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP, proxy, firewall, switching, routing and WiFi)
• Basic operation system knowledge (e.g. Windows10, Windows server, Azure)
