Job Title:     Customer Service Ambassador - Japanese speaking
Salary:         £22,000 - £24,000
Location:     Central London
Status:        Permanent/ Full-time
Skills:          Fluent Japanese and English, experience in luxury, retail or travel, customer service

Hours: 40 hours per week
The shift hours required: 7am – 11.30pm (shift patterns vary but more likely to be one of those: 7-4, 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 12-9, 1-10 (winter time), 1.15-10.15 (winter time), 2-11(summer time), 2.15-11.15 (summer time)

Weekends cover required: no fixed arrangement at the moment but candidates will have to be flexible depending on team's capacity and business needs.

Day off: Four fixed days off can be requested per month in advance.

Our client is an award-winning international business that specialises in providing professional service solutions to private members and corporate clients. They are currently looking for Lifestyle Executives who are passionate about fashion, retail and travel, to provide excellent tailored service for their luxury client accounts.

Your main responsibilities:

-Delivering personalised service to luxury client accounts
-Communicating effectively with clients to identify and address their needs
-Using in-house resources and specialist knowledge to provide tailored support
-Undertaking research where necessary to maximise solutions for clients
-Maintaining relationships with service providers to secure exclusive offers and packages
-Working within a dynamic team to reach and exceed targets

Your background and skills:

-Fluency in Japanese at native business level (in addition to English)
-Related experience in luxury travel or retail customer service
-Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients,
-The ability to work independently and perform well with little supervision
-Dedication to customer satisfaction and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done,
-Excellent computer skills
-Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
-An enthusiasm to work with an emphasis for detail and follow through as required.
