Who You'll Be Working for: IT/Telecommunications operator

What You'll be Doing Each Day:
• ICT network service delivery and process management support for the company
• Ordering related to ICT network services (new, modifications, cancellations)
• Provisioning related to ICT network services (new, modifications, cancellations)
• Business negotiation co-ordination with business partners and co-workers
• Proactively helping and supporting other members of the provisioning management team
• Providing regular provisioning management reports and other reports
• Improving internal provisioning management flow, procedure and its management
• Communicating with other teams to support sales business promises
• Sharing experience and knowledge to facilitate the smooth running of other teams

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
• Fluent Japanese and English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
• Experience of customer facing work and negotiation
• Knowledge of corporate engineering services and products
• Excellent computer skills & knowledge of office software
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Professional and commercially aware
• A good and polite communicator, at all levels

Job status:         12 months contract (renewable)
Start date:          ASAP
Working hours:   37.5 hours
