Your New Salary:          £10 per hour

Who You'll Be Working for: Government organisaion

What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Taking incoming and transferring phone calls to a relevnt person
- welcoming visitors (entrance registration, booking meeting rooms)
- Arranging business trips (booking flight tickets, hotel, scheduling meetings)
- Creating invoices
- Organising subscription magazine, newspaper, and books
- Research about the Marine affairs by online, newspaper and seminar

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous office work experience in Japan.
- Good command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible, reliable and polite
- Nice to have experience in the governmental/ public sector.

Job status:             Temporary
Start date:             From end of June2019 - end of March 2020 (contract renewable)
Working hours:       35 hours/week, 09:30-17:30
